Can Allstate do this to me?!?

Background: A girl with Allstate hit me. I made a claim with them to fix my car. I've been very cooperative and answered all their calls and questions. Basically I've done my part. The girl that hit me hasn't answered any calls from Allstate.
Allstate told me that if she doesn't contact them she will be dropped from coverage from THIS CLAIM ONLY. Can they just DROP her for one claim leaving me to deal with an uninsured motorist!? They can't just pick and choose can they? Screwing ME over just because their client is a stupid b!tch?! He said they won't drop her from the policy forever, just this one claim she won't answer about. That seems almost ILLEGAL to me!!
Can I sue her if this happens? I don't want to use MY insurance for this because it wasn't my fault and I don't want my rates to even consider going up.

Well if they drop her then you have to get your own car fixed

You can sue her either way. Allstate has a contract with her, not with you. You have no privity of contract with Allstate, and thus no basis to sue them. She was involved in the collision; your cause of action is against her.

Through no-fault you should be going through your insurance. You will not be hit with higher premiums as you were not at fault. Your insurance covers you, hers covers hers. If she fails to report the incident to her insurance company and you report it to yours, she's in deep doodoo.

Yes that is what you will need to do but in some states like mine you would have messed up when you didn't file only through your claims representative.
Allstate defends their clients as much as they can.
